  • All orders are custom-made. Please allow2-5 business days for us to hand-make your items (this does not include shipping times).

  • Standard shipping time is 7-11 business (not including weekends or holidays) for your item(s).

  • ​Some items may ship separately from other items.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before processing an order. If an item is returned to the facility as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost. Items ordered will only be sent to the address you provide during order processing.

  • If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct before checkout.

  • After successfully placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS/FedEx/UPS, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for order updates.

  • IAMTAWANABROWN is not responsible for lost, mishandled, misplaced packages or delayed deliveries.
